If you use more than one Microsoft Office Application there is a good chance that your workflow could be assisted with VBA ( Visual Basic for Applications ) programming to automate some of your daily MS Office tasks:

Say for example you repeatedly open up an Excel spreadsheet to find similar information - eg a daily total -  to copy and paste into a Word document, then it could be possible to extract that information using a custom programmed dialogue box in Word that would read the required information from the Excel spreadsheet at the click of a button - without you needing to open the spreadsheet - and then paste the data at your cursor position in the Word document.

Another example could be that you frequently save word documents into a business directory, with incrementally changing file names, Word could be programmed to have one or more additional Save options on its menu and/or toolbar for different locations and further more to automatically generate file names for the document being saved.

Customers who have a maintenance contract with me are also entitled to cost reductions on any services I provide outwith the scope of the maintenance contract.

Broadly speaking I offer Bronze, Silver and Gold maintenance contracts which represent the amount of time required on each maintenance visit to perform the required health checks on all your IT systems.  Further to this there are the optional telephone and emergency callout support options which are provided at a fixed subscription rate.
